Terms & Privacy Policy

By downloading or using the Maze app, these terms will automatically apply to you — please read them carefully before using the app. You're not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You're not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, translate it into other languages, or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, belong to Maze.

Maze is committed to making the app as useful and efficient as possible. We reserve the right to make changes to the app or its services at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear what you are paying for.

The Maze app stores and processes personal data that you provide to us in order to deliver the Service. It is your responsibility to keep your phone and your access to the app secure. We recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, as doing so could compromise your device's security features and may cause the app to malfunction.

You should be aware that certain functions of the app require an active internet connection. Maze cannot be held responsible for the app not working at full capacity if you do not have access to Wi-Fi or mobile data. If you use the app outside your home territory, you are responsible for any roaming charges incurred with your mobile provider.

Although we try to keep the app updated and accurate at all times, we rely in part on third parties to provide information. Maze accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, experienced as a result of relying on that information.

Your Data & Privacy

When you create an account, we collect information such as your name, email address, job title, and company name. We also collect standard technical data — such as device type and session activity — to keep the Service running and secure. We do not sell your personal data or use it for advertising purposes.

Your data is shared only with the third-party providers that help us operate the Service (such as cloud hosting), and only under strict data-protection agreements. We may also disclose data when required by applicable law.

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to authorised personnel only.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After you delete your account, your personal data is permanently removed within 30 days. Anonymous aggregated data and records required by law may be kept for longer.

Deleting Your Account

You can delete your account at any time. To do so, go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account inside the app, or send a request to support@maze-app.com. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.

Children

Maze is a professional workforce management tool and is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with their information, please contact us and we will delete it immediately.

We may update these Terms and Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated policy here and, where appropriate, via the app or email.
